Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

I hope you are happy with your purchase from Neil Terry Photography. If you need to return an item, the following policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.

Cancelling an online order

If you change your mind about an item purchased online, you can notify me that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Once you have notified me, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To request a return, please contact Neil Terry Photography using the contact details on this website and include your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Returning an unwanted item

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may examine an item as you would reasonably be able to do in a shop, but I may make an appropriate deduction from the refund if its value has been reduced through unnecessary handling.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. I recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending a return.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Where applicable, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, any additional cost above the standard delivery charge will not normally be refunded.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the problem.

Where appropriate, I will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. You will not be required to bear the reasonable cost of returning an item because it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised products

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not qualify for the normal change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
